Sony LIV has officially launched the trailer for its highly anticipated historical drama, The Waking of a Nation. Inspired by true events, the series is created and directed by National Award-winning and International Emmy-nominated filmmaker Ram Madhvani. Set to premiere exclusively on Sony LIV on 7th March, the show promises a gripping retelling of a pivotal moment in India’s fight for independence. Set against the backdrop of the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, the series explores the tensions, betrayals, and conspiracies that led to this dark chapter of history.
