Rakhi Sawant’s husband Ritesh Singh finally speaks on the claims by first wife, here’s what he said!
When Rakhi Sawant’s spouse Ritesh Singh entered ‘Bigg Boss 15’ as a participant this year, the public finally got to meet him after much anticipation. However, following his appearance on the controversial reality show, a photo of Ritesh with his first wife and child has gone viral.
Snigdha Priya, Ritesh’s first wife, has claimed that she is his genuine wife and has filed a domestic abuse lawsuit against him. Ritesh, who was just evicted from the Bigg Boss house, was contacted by India Today. When questioned about the allegations, he stated: “Yes, the picture shared by Snigdha is correct. She is my first wife and we got married in 2014. But I have been refraining from sharing this. However, now it is necessary. Snigdha ran away with a man for a while, and then she came back to me. Just because of my son, I accepted her back, but she ran away again with the same man. That is when I decided to file for a divorce.”
He added, “Now there is a claim that I have been beating her for four to five hours. But when she hasn’t stayed with me, then where is the question of me beating her? Please ask her how many years she has stayed with me since 2014? She has not even stayed with her parents. She does not even let my son talk to me.”
“I will talk about this in detail. I have all the proof that is needed. I have proof of the money she and her family have extorted from me. I want the world to see and understand this. She is showing a reverse personality. You will come to know about the truth soon. You can check my Facebook account. After the wedding, I was travelling to the US. How can you believe that I was beating her?” he further said.
He also said, “She is also claiming that I am a low-standard person. In that case, why did she not file for divorce and move forward? I have been paying her Rs 2 lakh. How can I do that if I am of a low standard? I have told her to give our child to me and she can go and stay with whoever she wants, but even then she has been harassing me. This has been going on since 2017. Now it is high time for me to come out and let people know the truth.”
Talking about the speculations about his marriage being legal with Rakhi Sawant, Ritesh said, “The formal divorce is not yet given. Snigdha has been delaying that too, but with God as our witness, Rakhi and I have got married. My first wife wants to spoil my life, hence she is not ready to let me go. She wants to continue extorting me.”
“Since 2017, she has not bothered about me. But as soon as I entered Bigg Boss, she levelled allegations against me.”
