And, since his girlfriend Tejasswi Prakash won the show, he’s in a win-win situation. According to recent rumours, the dashing hottie has purchased a posh flat in Bandra for Rs 14 crores.
Bandra is one of Mumbai’s most affluent neighbourhoods, and having a home there is a significant investment. His longtime desire of owning a home in Bandra has now come true, according to reports.
A source close to ETimes confirmed the news of Kundrra buying an apartment in Bandra and said, “Documents accessed by us show that the flat bought by Karan Kundrra is located on the 12th floor of the building named 81 Aureate located in Bandra. Kundra paid ₹14 crore for the apartment.”
Karan Kundrra will have access to not one, not two, but three car parking spaces in addition to the flat. When the flat was registered on May 13th, 2022, the actor reportedly paid a stamp fee of 81.81 lakh. The house is 5238 square feet in size.
Cricketer Prithvi Shaw just purchased a unit in the same complex as Karan. According to the magazine, the cricketer purchased it on the eighth level for 10.5 crore.
