Raja Chaudhary Opens On Shweta Tiwari’s Daughter’s Domestic Violence News

Raja Chaudhary

Raja Chaudhary, the ex-husband of Shweta Tiwari has finally taken up a stand on behalf of her daughter, Palak Chaudhary, saying he had also caught Abhinav Kohli misbehaving with his daughter Palak in the year 2010.

Very recently, it was reported that the popular TV actress Shweta Tiwari had filed a police complaint against her present husband Abhinav Kohli on account of domestic violence. As per the latest reports, Abhinav has secured a bail yesterday from a local court after paying Rs.15000.

Recently, it was reported that the popular TV actress Shweta Tiwari filed a police complaint against husband Abhinav Kohli and accused him of domestic violence. As per the latest reports, Abhinav has got his bail but, it has been learnt that Abhinav was used to passing sexually coloured remarks. Palak, the daughter of Shweta had cleared things by mentioning that she was the victim of domestic abuse and not her mother, however, she did mention that she was never molested or physically abused by her step-father.

Raja Chaudhary, the biological father of Palak’s has come up on the same with a statement that mentions that this news was quite disturbing for him as a father. He also extended the responsibility for the same to his ex-wife, Shweta Tiwari as he accused that he caught Abhinav red-handed touching Palak inappropriately back in 2010.

He further speaking to media platform mentioned, “This was expected. My ex-wife is responsible. My ex-wife was busy with a reality show and our daughter was alone at home. Once, when I entered their house in Malad, I was shocked to see the way he [the accused] was staring at her and touching her inappropriately. This riled me up and we had a heated argument. The matter reached the Malad police where I slapped him at the police station premises.”

Raja did mention that after learning about the police complaint, he contacted his daughter. He further added, “I do not know how low he stooped to outrage her modesty but I texted my daughter who responded to my messages saying she was ‘okay’ and that I ‘need not worry’. At present, she is reeling under mental agony but I will speak to her to know the details in a few days.”

In the meanwhile, the actor and writer Akhlaque Khan, who is a close friend to Abhinav Kohli, also supported his mom Poonam Kohli’s claims on his innocence. Clearing his point on the same, he mentioned, “He is a close friend. I have known him for the past 15 years and we have often worked together. He is a very kind-hearted person and a good father, too. He cared for his daughter more than his two-and-a-half-year-old son. He had even kept his photo with her as his display picture on WhatsApp for years. When I asked him why he did not keep his son’s photo as his display picture, he said it is because he loves his daughter a lot. As a father, he has the right to be aware and ask his daughter about what she is doing and where she’s going for her own good. Even if he scolds her, he has the right to do so.”
