Vicky Kaushal reacts to reports of his Roka ceremony with rumoured girlfriend Katrina Kaif
For quite some time, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s rumored relationship has been the talk of the town. Despite the fact that both performers have remained quiet about their relationship, they have been seen spending time together and visiting each other’s homes. Vicky was rumored to have had a Roka ceremony with Katrina a few weeks ago. While the rumors were untrue, the actor has now responded to the reports, stating that he will marry when the time is perfect.
When asked about the rumors surrounding his roka ceremony with Katrina, Vicky Kaushal told ETimes TV that it was all a media fabrication. While blaming a paparazzo for spreading the rumours, he said, “The news was circulated by your friend (laughs). I’ll get engaged soon enough, when the time is right. Uska bhi time aayega (the time will come).”
Sunny Kaushal, Vicky’s brother, had previously laughed off the rumors, telling SpotboyE that even their parents made a joke about him for them. He shared, “I remember that Vicky had gone to the gym in the morning when the rumors started coming. So, when he returned home, mom and dad funnily asked him, ‘Arre yaar, teri engagement ho gayi, mithai to khila de (We heard you got engaged, please treat us to sweets)’. And then Vicky told them, ‘Jitni asli engagement hui hai, utni asli mithai bhi kha lo (Since the engagement is imaginary, the sweets will be too).”
Katrina Kaif was recently seen at a special screening of Vicky’s film Sardar Udham, which was released on Amazon Prime Video on October 16.
