Qarib Qarib Singlle, Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana & The House Next Door 1st Weekend Box Office Collection
It was busy Friday this time as we could see a number of movies hitting the theatres. We heard three movies releasing giving the audience several options. These include Qarib Qarib Singlle, Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana & The House Next Door, now, let’s talk about the former. Well, the film had a decent word of mouth buzz in the media and after collection a meager 1.75 crore, the film went on to score 3.50 crore on the next day followed by 4.50 on the first Sunday. The first weekend box office collection for Qarib Qarib Singlle netted to around 9.75 crore, which is still a decent amount to score at the box office.
Now talking about the other film called Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana, the film has the similar figures. The film starring Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Karbanada collected around 1.64 crore on the first day while the collection escalated to some extent getting 2.58 on the second day and finally on Sunday it gained around 3.55 Crore. So, the first weekend box office collection for the film Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana netted to around 7.77 crore, which similar to the predicted collection for the film. The experts feel that the film had not much to collect as far as the week days are concerned.
Now, talking about the other film The House Next Door, we have not much to expect as the film was released amidst the lowest buzz in the media. The film was not promoted in the media and hence we can see the collection really falling down as compared to the other films. As per reports, the first weekend box office collection for The House Next Door netted to around 5.5 crore, which has remained low as compared to the other films. In fact, the Ajay Devgn starrer movie Golmaal Again is still going on and gaining a decent collection.
