Prashant Narayanan is an Indian actor who hails from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, while he was born on 31st March 1969. he was born in Kerala and was brought up in Delhi. He was good in sports and did his studies at Kirori Mal College of Delhi University. He then joined theater group and worked with top actors like Ashish Vidyarthi, Manoj Bajpai, Gajraj Rao, and Girish Mishra that talks a lot about him and his taste. He then headed to Mumbai to make his career in B Town. He got the chance to work in assistant art director for the films like Rukmavati Ki Haveli, Saudagar and Sardari Begum.

He then did his debut in acting with films like Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India in 1995, while he then got the other film Chhal followed by Mudda – The Issue in 2003 and since then it was no looking back for her. These include Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II, Shadows of Time, Instant Karma, Game, Bombil and Beatrice, Summer, Via Darjeeling, The Good Friday, and The White Elephant. Some of these recent films include Issaq, Dee Saturday Night, Nedunchaalai, 7th Day, Amar Must Die, Mumbai Can Dance Saala, Manjhi – The Mountain Man, Kaun Ho, and Edavappathy (The Monsoon).

Prashant Narayanan has also done a couple of TV shows, which include Rajan, Malabar Hill, Shagun Sumer, Bandini Kanji, Phulwa, Encounter, and Pukaar. He was nominated and awarded for Screen Awards and Golden Achiever Awards for Screen Award for Best Actor in a Negative Role and Excellence In Arts respectively.
