Notebook has been pretty interestingly intrigued with a number of filmy references, with the release of its latest dialogue promo. In fact, the film is being celebrated as drawing a few parallels with Jaya Bachchan’s character from the all time super hit, Sholay.
Nitin Kakkar’s Notebook under the banner of Salman Khan has been taking up a lot in the Bollywood news these days and the recently released video from the film is another feather in the cap. The video shows Pranutan’s lonely journey in the school which is more precisely being compared to her life with the iconic character of Jaya Bachchan from the classic Sholay.
Cutting down all the cries, Pranutan has turned down this belief by mentioning that she doesn’t have a Jai or Veeru for companionship. Pranutan has displayed an awesome conviction through her role as a lover of Firdaus, who is a teacher striving to impart education even in the most deserted locations of a lake in Kashmir.
The crackling dialogues delivery from the film, Notebook has been offering rich insights from the film and creating enough interest for the final release for the audiences. The latest promo from the film showed Pranutan who was trying to fill a glass in the lonely hours of the night when suddenly a frog drops out of nowhere and scares her.
The film makers have unveiled the BTS video along with a tweet, mentioning, and “Ready ho jao, karne Sholay ke Gabbar se mulaqat!”
The entire film, Notebook has been shot in the beautiful valleys of Kashmir filming the authentic love story of the two lovers, Firdaus and Kabir, along with a robust star cast shared and supported by the child artists, who are playing a vital role in the story.
Helmed by Nitin Kakkar, the film Notebook is created under Salman Khan Films and is a Cine1 Studios Production. Produced by Salma Khan, Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde, it is all set to hit the screens on 29th March 2019.
