How does one become a good photographer? Just by owning a quality camera? Yes, of course having a camera is necessary, but that doesn’t make you a promising photographer. A few camera skills are a must! But if you really want to know the process of clicking perfect pictures, shutterbug Aldric Alexander has disclosed those!
He says, “You first need to be clear on your basics because when you have a solid foundation, becoming a professional photographer is easy.” Adding further, Aldric Alexander explains, “A photographer must always be careful what’s in his frame. You should observe the element in your frame and also understand the composition and lighting before clicking a picture.”
No matter what our niche is, we often take inspiration from others. Similarly, a lot of budding photographers get inspired by another photographer or the picture itself. Aldric says, “There is nothing wrong with taking inspiration. However, you shouldn’t copy them! Every artist has his own point of view on things. As a genuine photographer, develop your stance and let it reflect in your picture.”
Taking things a little more technically, Aldric Alexander then says, “Lighting plays a key role in getting the perfect picture. Study your subjects and note the features that you wish to highlight. The best time for a shoot is during daylight hours. The warm colour palette will allow you to click good, detailed pictures. Moreover, if you are clicking portraits, it is better to maintain a distance between your subject and the background.”
Haven’t you jotted down these notes yet? You cannot miss them! Aldric Alexander has worked with Ferrari 812 Superfast, Dubai Police, Porsche GT3 RS, Audi e-Tron GT, Bugatti Chiron, Lamborghini Huracán STO, Urus Mansory, Ferrari LaFerrari, Sonu Nigam, EXPO 2020 AZERBAIJAN, Sukhbir Singh, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and many more.
