It took two years for Dr. Kafeel Khan to prove innocent for the man who tried to save the lives of babies in the Gorakhpur hospital arranging Oxygen and getting accused of doing the opposite. When he was jailed by the local police for his action in the hospital, the B Town actor Paresh Rawal the then MP from Ahmedabad called him a hero of a termite clan for the tragedy that killed 60 children in Gorakhpur hospital due to lack of Oxygen. But when Dr. Kafeel is proved not-guilty, the actor has the courtesy of saying sorry to him for his dreadful tweet, which is a rare gesture in our Indian society.
Dr. Kafeel was arrested on the charges of negligence at the hospital that killed 60 kids in the hospital. He was later arrested on the said charges and remained behind the bars for not less than a year. He then came out of bail to keep his struggle to prove him innocent. Finally, when the case was absolved after the departmental inquiry, the court found him innocent. This made the actor feel sorry for his words uttered on Twitter two years back.

He said that he would like to apologize Dr. Kafeel for the tweet he made two years before. His tweet has sparked controversy and the accused doctor has asked him to apologize for writing such words on the Microblogging site. While reacting about the apology Dr Khan said he appreciate this gesture but at the same time we should feel sorry to the parents who lost their children in the hospital.
