Box Office : Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas
The Sunny Deol Directed Movie Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas has something interesting for the audience, as he was able to give a debut to his son Karan Deol in B Town. The film has a mixed review for obvious reasons, while the way the film was to be promoted in the media seemed to be on the dull side. This has further hampered the collection of the film on the first day. With no or minimal star value, the film failed to impress the audience, hence the occupancy remained low and so was the collection at the box office.
Also, the wrong day was chosen to release the film also is responsible for the underwhelming response to the film. As we know two other films with big stars like The Zoya Factor starring Sonam Kapoor and Prasthanam starring Sanjay Dutt and others appeared more sellable option for the audience than the debut film of Karan Deol. Hence the collection on the first day appeared meager for the film.
The film started with the occupancy not less than 20 per cent, which later escalated to 40 to 50 per cent, which wasn’t that impressive for the makers. As per reports, the 1st day box office collection for Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas seemed low that went to around 3.70 Crores. The experts feel that it may fail to impress the audience in a big way for obvious reasons. Thus the collection would remain as low as seen on the first day. However, there might be some escalation on Sunday depending upon the word of mouth buzz in the media. Well, let’s see how things would move, but at the moment, things aren’t that rosy.
