As the judgment from the Supreme Court came about the film Padmavat release in the banned states, the makers didn’t take much time to declare the date of its release. So, the film is finally hitting the theatres on 25th January and the makers have even successful in avoiding the clash with Padman. The revolt still goes on
The Karni Sena of Rajput Community has been against the film since day one and they have vandalized the sets twice along with manhandling the filmmaker. The agitation continues and they were seen smashing the public property and damaging the same.
The Name Changed.
As the film was presented before the censor board, we heard the makers getting loads of changes to be made by the board. This certainly include a few changes in the film along with changing the same as the board argued that the film is based on a poem called Padmavat.
Goomar had several revisions
The film that came with the U/A Certificate by the makers also asked to make a few changes in the song. It witnessed a lot of revisions by the makers just to get into the character of Rani Padmini the best way.
Sorabh Pant’s reaction
The entertainer and comedian called Sorabh Pant was seen taking a direct dig at the film and was seen sharing his feeling over the microblogging site that simply smashed the internet in a big way.
