The film collected 100 crore at the box office in just four days while the next hundred crore came in another week and with time the film kept on getting good collection on every passing day. In fact with the collection going steady at the box office, the makers are seen sighing in huge relief. The movie has successfully stolen the hearts of millions and it has managed to spread the magic all across now.
Looking at the current picture, the film featuring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh does not seem to apply any brakes at the box office. Right from getting good reviews and previews, the film has been a big sensation! The movie has so far collected 1.55 crores on the fifth Monday which has seen taking the film to a grand total of 278.05 crores. With this pace, it will not take that much of time for the film Padmaavat to enter into the 300 crore club. Well, we see every now and then the big time film crossing one milestone or the other at the box office.
This has become the first 100 crore club for the Shahid Kapoor while for Deepika and Ranveer it is their second or rather third big box office grosser. So far the collection of the film has gone rock solid and it continues to earn that big amount. When the makers were asked about the way of celebrating the success of Padmaavat, they said they still do not find time to celebrate the success of the film.
