As we see the offense quotient to on a high, the filmmaker Farah Khan, stand up comedian Bharti Singh seemed to be having legal trouble. The trio has been reported in the Amritsar Rural Police station and this time for hurting religious sentiments of a community. As per reports, the FIR was lodged against the three in Amritsar rural police station on the festive day of Christmas on the 25th of December.
Later this news was confirmed by the Sr. SP Mr. Vikram Jeet Duggal of the said area on the portal stating that the trio has been registered with the FIR under Section 295-A of IPC. The reports also suggested that the complainer has offered the police with a video as well that have confirmed their offense. Other sources also confirmed the presence of the three on the said show where they were seen passing comment on the religion of Christianity.
The prank cracked on the religion turned out as an offense and people present on the same felt like an insult against their religion. The reports went on to claim that the FIR was lodged by the police only after checking the video. While on the other side, none of the three is yet to react to this. Talking about the three, Bharati is not in India as she is with her hubby in the Netherlands, while Raveena was seen in Amritsar visiting the Golden Temple with her hubby, while Farah is in Mumbai and is yet to respond on the FIR.
