Oops! Kareena Kapoor gracefully greets ex- Shahid Kapoor in public
The sizzling on screen couple-Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor shared the same stage cordially had broken many hearts after their break up in 2007. The duo raised the eye brow every time when they crossed path. Often they hogged media limelight but were constantly on guard to get the special moment of the two again. These 2 stars often maintained distance from each other as they seemed to avoid each other. Recently during the IIFA Awards 2014, this silence broke off as Kareena greeted her ex cordially, leaving him speechless and surprised for a while.
As per sources, “As Kareena and Saif stepped on the stage to present the award; Shahid who was co-anchoring that show segment with FarhanAkhtar was at one far en. Kareena greeted him graciously and went to compliment the duo for great hosting they were doing. Saif smiled when his wife made this statement. Shahid too responded by saying, ‘Hi” to her but as award givers stepped off the stage, puzzled Shahid asked his co-host that “Did she say “hi” to me?”
When Kareena and Shahid had parted ways, many media people believed that they would never be able to manage the work but few times before also they had met and exchanged warm pleasantries.
Actually this may not be that far as the two will again be gracing together the big screen once again. Kareena’s gesture may be mark of “professional” friendship and beginning of working together again.
