NOT Sushmita Sen but THIS actress was the first choice of Ram Madhvani for Aarya
Sushmita Sen’s Aarya is one of the best and highly appreciated web series. Though being a debutant in the OTT platform, Sushmita Sen gave her all the best abilities to give justice to the role which was praised by many as well. But did you know that Sushmita Sen was not the first choice of director for Aarya?
Yes, Director Ram Madhvani opened up to his first preference for Aarya which was Raveena Tandon. A source close to Aarya’s team said, “It is true. Netflix and Ram Madhvani wanted Raveena for Aarya. This was when the original script was converted from a feature film to a full-fledged web series. Kajol was to do Aarya as a feature film with Ajay Devgn as producer. Eventually the project passed on from Kajol and Devgn to Netflix. Director Ram Madhvani and Netflix were keen on Raveena Tandon to play the protagonist Aarya Sareen.” Unfortunately, Raveena Tandon rejected the offer, and later it was sent to Sushmita Sen.
Well, just a few days back, Sushmita Sen was making headlines for her third baby speculations. Sushmita Sen was spotted holding a little baby boy in her hands to which netizens assumed that the actress has adopted a third child. But later on, Sushmita Sen cleared the confusion. The actress took her Instagram handle and shared a story with a picture of her and the baby.
