When Rajkumar Hirani Made the Munnabhai series with Vidhu Vinod Chopra both the films were a big hit. Both Munna Bhai and circuit played by Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi respectively and they managed to entertain the audience at the silver screen. We heard that the makers are willing to make the third part but as their other films that kept this venture on the bay. In fact the makers had even released the promos thus captivating the audience. Now, this has been the old story but as per the latest buzz, Vidhu Vinod Chopra is hell-bent on making the Third part.
As per the filmmaker is expected to hit the floor by end of 2019. So things go as per the plan the audience will be able to see the third part in 2020. Talking about the third part of Munnabhai franchise Vidhu Vinod Chopra said that he was looking for a good script to make the third series. The first two films were directed by Rajkumar Hirani, but he being the victim of me too campaign things are a bit uncertain for his direction. When Sanjay Dutt was released from Yerwada jail in 2016 the makers announced that they would make Munnabhai third part in 2017, however, Hirani then made a biopic on Sanjay Dutt’s life called Sanju. The film went on do a considerable business scoring not less than 300 Crores.
Vidhu Vinod Chopra, when seen in the press conference of the film Ek Ladki ko Dekha to Aidan Laga, was posed a question about Hirani #meToo allegations which he dodged it by saying that he would reply at the right time. Arshad Warsi also confirmed that the Munnabhai should start by the year-end and that the makers are working on the script. Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s recently released movie Ek ladki ko dekha to aisa laga is gaining good buzz in the media. The film deals with same sex relationship in a small town having stars like Sonam Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao, Anil Kapoor and Juhi Chawla in it. Stay tuned to know more this and others only with us.
