Aamir Khan’s Paani Foundation gets Kangana Ranaut’s donation; Check details
Kangana Ranaut was making news for all wrong reasons. First for her remark on Alia Bhatt on her role in Gully Boy and then her sister alleging Mahesh Bhatt that he hurled shoe on Kangi have made active on the headlines. This has also led Alia Bhatt to react but her replies were decent enough to get the acceptance. Amidst all this news of wrong reasons, we heard Kangana Ranaut donating one Lakh Rupees to the Aamir Khan’s NGO called Paani Foundation’s program Jalmitra.
It was Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel who disclosed this news on the Microblogging site – Twitter about the donation. She wrote Kangi donated one Lakh, while she (sister) donated one thousand to help the farmers. She then said that this is not charity but a donation to make some difference in the life of farmers. The two donated the amount on the eve of Earth Day. She alleged that the British laws still exist despite their non-existence in India.
These laws have remained hostile towards farmers and we eat because of them that should make everyone responsible towards them. She then appealed to donate the foundation as the NGO is doing great work in making things better for the farmers. Though Kangana Ranaut is known for her big mouth, she is also known for her golden heart when it comes to donations and charity. She had earlier donated 10 lakhs to the victims of Kerala during the floods last year. She also urged others to donate in their capacity. Talking about her work, she is gearing up for her next film called Mental Hai Kya.
