Jamai Raja or Matsya Thada? The master of disguise, Ravi Dubey has fans in awe with his performance in Matsya Kaand

Television’s favorite Jamai Ravi Dubey has gained a massive fan following among the ladies and was every mom’s favorite with hit shows like Jamai Raja and Saas Bina Sasural.  Now, in his latest avatar as the con star Matsya Thada in Matsya Kaand, the actor has been raking in praise with love and affection pouring in from audiences across the country.

Streaming exclusively on MX Player, Matsya’s dialogues, disguises, and his impeccable planning of the biggest kaands have left the viewers in awe and wanting more. Fans all over the internet are seen imitating his dialogues and appreciating his role. The series also stars Ravi Kishan, Piyush Mishra, Zoya Afroz, Madhur Mittal, Rajesh Sharma, and Naved Aslam amongst others in key roles and is directed by Ajay Bhuyan.

Previously when asked Jamai Raja 2.0 and now Matsya Kaand, you appear to have completely switched from TV to OTT. Plus, like I mentioned you brought the dynamics of films (with Matsya) and TV (with Jamai Raja), won’t you say?

Ravi responded, “If it’s organically happening, it’s a healthy thing. It’s great if we can have that kind of a marriage. It’s not the intention at all. If you have a strategy as a foundation stone, there is also some corruption that comes with it. However, if you’re just there for the process as opposed to being there for the result, that’s where the real bliss lies. I can’t approach the LC1 strategy because I don’t have enough statistical information. If it becomes a collateral benefit, I’ll embrace it. Right now I just had a fantastic time playing Matsya. I just love this character”.
