Neha Dhupia Goes Raw and Deglam for International Debut 52 Blue; First Look and Trailer Unveiled
The first look and trailer for Neha Dhupia’s international debut, 52 Blue, have been officially released, showcasing the actress in what is being described as her most transformative role to date. In a significant departure from her previous work, Neha sheds all vanity to portray a raw, “deglam” character for the first time in her career.
Directed by acclaimed Egyptian filmmaker Ali El Arabi, 52 Blue is a coming-of-age drama that centers on identity, resilience, and the power of dreams. The story follows Ashish (played by Yadav Shashidhar), a young Indian football enthusiast living under his father’s isolating control on a remote island.
Fueled by the memory of his late brother and the quiet support of his mother, Ashish eventually embarks on a journey as a migrant worker to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar to meet his idol, Lionel Messi.
