NCB Chargesheet: Agency Accuses Rhea Chakraborty of buying and selling drugs in SSR Case
Finally the central agency – NCB has completed jotting down its charge sheet against the people who were involved in buying and selling of drugs in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The death case of the actor has remained the most controversial in the media and many angles were investigated including the drug element found in it. A lot of things was said and done against the lady Rhea Chakraborty as she was also alleged in this case.
As per Bollywood Hungama reports, the NCB filed 12000 pages report on this and it released about how Rhea and others have formed a drug nexus harbouring drugs, which was consumed by Sushant Singh Rajput at her place. As per reports, she was allowed to supply the drugs since November 2019 seeking the help of her brother Showik Chakraborty. The reports also suggest that the lady has managed to procure too many drugs for the late actor.
She was found guilty as per the Section 27A of the NDPS Act, which gives a minimum of 10 years of imprisonment that can be stretched to 20 years depending upon the intensity of the crime. Rhea Chakraborty has been framed in the charge sheet of not only procuring the drugs but possessing it for its consumption. These include bud, marijuana, and ganja. Besides, Rhea Chakraborty and her brother, SSR’s manager Samuel Miranda and cook Dipesh Sawant were also accused of the same. Stay tuned to know more about this case and others only with us.
