Nawabzaade 1st Day Box Office Collection

The B Town have a few films to release today and one of the film releasing this day include Nawabzaade starring a few newbie actors like Punit Pathak, Raghav Juyal and Dharmesh Yelande apart from the others including the known faces like Varun Dhawan, Badshah, Shraddha Kapoor and Athiya Shetty who were seen in special appearance in a couple of songs. The film has received a mixed review though applauded for its interesting story and content, however, the performances have received the lower ratings. Needless to see that the known faces of B Town including Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor and Athiya Shetty along with the singer – Baadshah, the film enjoys some amount of buzz in the media.
Although the makers have not put much efforts in promoting the film and perhaps the key reason is the absence of the big stars in it. This is the key reason why the makers have been promoting the film seeking the help of the said song that carried out a few star actors. Yet it did not help the film to earn much at the box office. So as per reports, the 1stday box office collection for Nawabzaade tolled to around 2.5 crore, which was the amount that can be expected from the film for sure. The makers were banking more on the songs that carried the top actors from the B Town and it has not worked on the first day and may be if the film is able to create some good amount of word of mouth buzz in the media one can certainly expect it to perform at the box office.
Also, the other film released this Friday was Saheb Biwi aur Gangster 3, which seemed to have better buzz than Nawabzaade, hence this was the other reason to see the film getting affected. Needless to say that the Hollywood film, which is the latest version of Mission Impossible too has given a tough competition to this film. The makers however, expecting a surge in the coming first weekend hence once expect the film to earn around 10-12 crore for sure and not more that for all these reasons. Well, let’s see how things would go.
