Mumbai Police received a hoax call claiming that 4 bombs have been placed which includes Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow too, details here!

In a disturbing turn of events, we recently learned about a bomb hoax call to Mumbai Police, in which an unnamed person claimed to have planted four bombs around Mumbai, one of which was planted at megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa Bungalow, and the others at railway stations. Security was ramped up outside Big B’s house as soon as the news surfaced and following the anonymous call. However, nothing unusual has been discovered so far during the search, the police told the Press Trust of India news agency.

The police revealed that, ‘Mumbai Police’s main control room received a call on Friday night at around 8:53 pm where the caller revealed that bombs have been placed at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Byculla, Dadar railway stations and at Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow in Juhu.’

“After getting the call, the Government Railway Police, Railway Protection Force along with the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad, dog squads and local police personnel rushed to these locations and carried out a search operation,” he told the news agency.

He also states that furthur investigation is going on, “Nothing suspicious has been found so far at these places, but heavy police deployment has been put in place there”.

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan will next be featured in Brahmastra, alongside Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Mouni Roy. He’ll also appear alongside Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in Nag Ashwin’s untitled film, as well as in the Hindi remake of The Intern.
