Mumbai Police increase Salman Khan’s security after Sidhu Moosewala’s incident
After the tragedic death of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, the security department of Bollywood’s superstar Salman Khan has decided to increase the security of the actor as a long time back the accused Lawrence Bishnoi had claimed to attack Salman Khan.
According to several media reports, A senior police official told Hindustan Times, “We have enhanced the overall security of Salman Khan. Police will be present around his apartment to make sure no nefarious activity is done by the gang from Rajasthan.”
Back in 2018, Lawrence Bishnoi had said outside a court, “We will kill Salman Khan in Jodhpur.” Bishnoi also said, “Everyone will know once we take action. I have not done anything as of now, they are accusing me of crimes for no reason.” For the unversed, the Bishnoi community considers Blackbucks as sacred creatures.
To the unversed, Punjabi singer and Punjab Congress leader Sidhu Moosewala was shot. The singer was found dead on Sunday at Jawaharke in a firing accident. According to the reports, the two were injured with 30 rounds of firing, Sidhu was rushed to the civil hospital in Mansa. The incident happened a day after the Punjab Police ordered the withdrawal of security of his security along with more than 420 people, including former MLAs, Jathedars of two Takhts, heads of Deras, and police officers.
Three people were brought to the hospital, of whom Sidhu Moosewala was dead. After giving primary treatment, the two injured have been referred to a higher institute for further treatment,” Dr Ranjeet Rai was quoted as saying by news agency ANI.
