Meet Mr. Singleton Kartar Singh (played by Anil Kapoor) is left with the responsibility of bringing up his two orphaned nephews played by Arjun Kapoor. He asks his brother (pyaed by Pavan Malhotra) in Punjab to raise Charan and his sister (played Ratna Pathak) in London to take care of  Karan . When the twins grow up and fall in love with their respective lovers they are being not accepted by their parents and they approach the same ladies for an arrange marriage but with opposite girlfriends leading loads of fun and entertainment. You can therefore catch a trail of confusion.

Review

The film is certainly funny and along with having some really hilarious dialogues, however, the jokes on sardar seemed too clichéd, which gives a room of improvement for B Town films. The way the film creates the confusion is good but dragging the climax along is really not required. At times one may get a feeling of the film being patriarchal, racist and regressive but the worst part is that one call the climax to be be predictable. Now talking about the performances, Anil Kapoor as Kartar Singh has certainly stolen the show it won’t be a bad deal to catch the film for him if not for anything else.

Also, Arjun Kapoor too has played a good role being Karanveer Singh and Charanveer Singh. On the other side, Ileana D’Cruz as Sweety, Karan’s girlfriend too has given an excellent performance.

Athiya Shetty plays Binkle, Charan’s girlfriend, well she really needs to brush up her acting skills as she comes with an average performance, while others remained steady with their performances. Now talking about the music, it is also cool and you would like the reprise of Hawa Hawa.

Mubarakan

The film is really a perfect family entertainer and can be called as a good watch for the weekend with your family making it a festive occasion. Anil Kapoor has overshadowed everyone with his incredible performance and don’t forget to catch a  good cinematography for capturing some really cool picturesque locations in London and Chandigarh. Above there are so many LOL moments that can make your stomach ache a lot the only problem with the film is dragging of the climax making it predictable.
