Just when we saw the Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Athiya Shetty starrer film Motichoor Chaknachoor doing average business at the box office, we see the piracy portal Tamilrockers leaking the film online. In fact, the film as leaked just a few hours later of the release of the film on the same day thus hampering the box office collection of the comedy in a big way. TamilRockers has been often involved in such an act before.
The film revolves around the life of a 36-year-old bachelor who is an unemployed youth but wants to marry posing himself as an NRI. While the lady who is getting married is looking for a youth who is settled outside so that she can pursue her dreams of being outside India. The film is a comedy and comes along with an interesting story. However, with its pirated version getting leaked on the Piracy site – TamilRockers, it will further going to hamper its collection.
This is not the first time when we have seen the site – TamilRockers leaking any pirated version of the top films. Many of the movies releasing including Saaho, Kabir Singh, Badla, Dream Girl, Mission Mangal and Batla House has remained the victim of the site. Despite the fact that Madras High Court has clamped down the site by arresting the people in Chennai, the portal keeps on chancing their URL too often to allow the users to download the site.
