As the popular filmmaker Mohit Suri gears up for his next film – Ek Villian 2, we see him on the leading lady hunt for the sequel. At the same time, he is also busy directing his next film with Disha Patani and Aditya Roy Kapur called Malang with parallel action on his other venture Ek Villain sequel. As per reports, Mohit has also narrated the story to John Abraham and he has liked the script. However, the actor is yet to sign the contract for the film.
Soon once he signs the dotted lines, the filmmaker is going to announce the official words for the film that will again take a few more weeks. The film is likely to hit the floor in the early months of 2020. Talking about the sequel, the film will have the same old star cast with Riteish Deshmukh in the negative role Sidharth Malhotra, and Shraddha Kapoor in other leading roles. The Ek Villain was released in 2014 and was among the top grosser action thriller film in the B Town.
It was a tragic love story of a gangster with the lady called Aisha. Sidharth played the character of a gangster called Guru, while Riteish was the serial killer. Mohit Suri is yet to confirm the leading lady for the film and is on a hunt for the same. Although Shraddha is expected to work yet he would need one more lady for the film. John is currently busy with his next movie called Pagalpanti with Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Ileana D’Cruz, Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda, and Urvashi Rautela. H
