Love Exchange actor Mohit Madaan, who has wrapped up shooting for “Aksar 2” and will be sharing screen space with actress Hrishitaa Bhatt in JoJo D’souza’s next remembers his childhood memories on Independence Day.
Talking about his childhood memories Mohit said, “Whenever I would come to visit my grand parents at Delhi, I would go to the roof on independence day and fly kites as kite flying was a culture over there. We had our own techniques and would cross and cut all the other kites. Once I was so engrossed in kite flying, when I went to loot a kite that was cut and flying towards us, I caught the kite and fell off the house roof onto the neighbours weak roof, broke it and landed on some machinery. I then realized that the neighbour was a factory with machinery that manufactured steel pipes. Everything was closed on 15th august, so I had to climb back up to the top. Nobody has ever found out how that roof got destroyed (yet).”
Today on 70th Independence day, Mohit greets his friend, “I wish all Indians a very happy Independence Day.. India will continue to rise and we as citizens of this great nation must contribute to this development. Jai Hind,” he concludes.
