Mithun Chakraborty’s son Namashi Chakraborty to do his debut in Badboy
Rajkumar Santoshi is the known filmmaker in B Town and he is embarking upon his new venture called Badboy. The film is a quirky romantic comedy, which is produced under the banner of Inbox Pictures of Sajid Qureshi. The film will give the debut Namashi Chakraborty the son of B Town actor Mithun Chakraborty. He is the youngest son Mithun Da who is doing his debut with and Sajid Qureshi’s daughter Amrin Qureshi. She is also doing her debut in the romantic comedy.
The film hit the screens on 18th May while the makers announced the lead actors today. Both the lead actors of the film -Namashi Chakraborty and Amrin Qureshi are from the film families, but they were roped in after a strict audition process. The producer of the film Sajid Qureshi confirmed that they had several rounds of auditions for the actors and others to finally decide upon the lead actors of the film, which was followed by acting workshops. Talking about the film, the makers claimed that the film will be made in the lines of Shahid Kapoor’s Phata Poster Nikhla Hero and Ranbir Kapoor’s film – Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani.
It will be made for the young generation to get the youngsters to connect with this genre. As per reports, the actor’s son was in the US when he was offered the movie. He then checked the script and then gave his consent. Talking about the same, the veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty was pleased to see his son getting Rajkumar Santoshi film. The film Badboy would be shot in Mumbai and Bangalore and has a 65 days shooting schedule. It will have a non-stop shoot in Mumbai and Bangalore.
