Sooryavanshi UPDATE: Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starer to finally hit the theaters on this date

Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif’s Sooryavanshi is one of the most delayed yet most awaited films since 2020. The film got postponed multiple times amid the COVID-19 crises. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Sooryavanshi is a big-budget action entertainer. Now according to the latest reports, the film may hit the theatres on 15th August.

Finally, there is an update from Sooryavanshi we all were looking for. According to a report published in Box Office Worldwide, Reliance Entertainment is now involved in a conversation with exhibitors and started discussing the release date for the film in theatres. According to the reports the team is now waiting for Rohit Shetty who is shooting Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 11 in Cape Town. The studio is also hoping that all the theatres started working full fledge by July.

According to the reports, Reliance Entertainment has made a point that no voluntary Provident Fund charges will be paid as post-lockdown it should be a new norm to reduce the burden on producers. Reportedly the sharing percentage will also increase from the pre covid era.

The film is presented by Reliance Entertainment in association with Dharma Productions & Cape of Good Films.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar’s Bell Bottom is also awaited release. The film is directed by Ranjit Tiwari. Bell Bottom also stars Huma Qureshi, Vaani Kapoor in pivot roles.

In the meantime, Akshay Kumar has also started working on Prithviraj. The actor will be shooting for the VFX portion of the film in the Yash Raj Films Studios. He will also begin shooting for Anand L. Rai’s Raksha Bandhan next month.
