Synopsis- The popular streaming media platform called Ullu is back in the news for embarking upon a new web series called #MeToo. The TV show has an interesting and ensemble star cast which include Vivan Bhathena, Amit Behl, Ridheema Tiwari, Ana Ilmi, Aanaya Bhaanndari, Gehana Vasisth, Sikander Kharbanda, Savita Malpekar, and Isha Anand Sharma who would be seen in leading and supporting roles. Deepak Pandey is the director of the web series, while Vibhu Agarwal and Falguni Shah are the producers of the same which is presented under their banner called Dreamzz Images Studio. The makers have released the trailer of the web series, which seems to be gaining good buzz in the media.
Talking about the plot of the web series, it talks about the bad world of male misogynist where the ladies turn the victim of male filmmakers in the film industry. When the campaign surfaced in the media it brought many ladies within and outside the industry to speak against the sexual exploitation carried out during their career span leading to making many including even the veterans like Rajkumar Hirani and others under the scanner. The web series has a similar story of an aspiring model and actress Sana who becomes the victim of filmmakers and producers exploiting her to give a chance in the glamour world. However, she fails to take it and ends up her life.
A friend of hers then comes into the picture whom she loved to take up the case and unveil the evil men behind her death. This cost him his married life as well but he pledges to get justice for his lady friend.
