This Friday we have two films released and one of these include Marjaavaan. The Masala entertainer has Sidharth Malhotra, Riteish Deshmukh and Tara Sutaria in the lead roles, while it is directed by Milap Milan Zaveri. The film has remained awaited films, thanks to the action masala it has. However, the film did not perform the way it was expected by the makers. The film had a good star cast and the reviews seemed okay but still, it failed to attract the audience in a big way.
As per reports, the film started with the occupancy of around 20 to 40 per cent and it went on to increase to 50 t0 60 per cent. Well, let’s see how things moved at the box office. Well, with the pace the 1st-day box office collection for Marjaavaan went to around 6.5 Crores. The experts feel there could be some rise in terms of collection at the box office on the first weekend. The film seems to be facing the heat of competition from the movies like Housefull 4 and recently released film Bala.
The other film releasing on the same day Motichoor Chaknachoor did not appear like a competition for the other film. Well, lets see how things to move in the first weekend, but at the moment things are not that rosy as expected for the action masala movie.
