Now in its third installment, Mardaani 3 will see Rani Mukerji return as the fearless cop Shivani Shivaji Roy, who tirelessly fights for justice. Today, YRF announced that Mardaani 3 will be released on Friday, February 27, 2026, aligning with the auspicious Holi festival, which falls on March 4. Holi symbolizes the victory of good over evil, setting the stage for what promises to be a bloody and violent clash between Shivani’s righteousness and sinister forces.

The studio also unveiled the explosive first look of Rani Mukerji in this highly anticipated film. Recent reports indicate that after shooting at the Golden Tobacco factory in Vile Parle, Mumbai, the production has moved to Yash Raj Studios in Andheri.
