The Bombay High Court has granted Aryan Khan bail after more than three weeks in custody. Shah Rukh Khan’s 23-year-old son has been detained since the Narcotics Control Bureau raided a cruise ship party on October 3rd (NCB).
Aryan Khan, who has been held in Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail since October 8, had previously been denied bail. His lawyers had previously stated that no drugs had been discovered on him. The NCB, on the other hand, claimed that he was a part of a plot and that his WhatsApp conversations proved his involvement in illegal narcotics trafficking.
Given that there was no indication of drug intake or recovery in his case, Aryan Khan’s arrest and refusal of bail provoked a debate about whether it was warranted.
Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan’s father, is one of India’s most famous and well-liked actors. Fans gathered for days outside the Khans’ Mumbai mansion, “Mannat,” to show their support. Everyone is now awaiting to see Shah Rukh Khan or Gauri Khan to make any public appearances or announcement or clarify anything on their social media accounts.
When Aryan was in jail, Shah Rukh Khan went to meet his son. Several media personalities clicked on him arriving at Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail. SRK has not been seen in the public eye ever since Aryan was arrested. On October 2 Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a Mumbai cruise drug and busted the starkid. According to the reports the actor got 18 minutes to meet with his son. The reports also suggested that the father-son duo interacted through an intercom in the presence of jail authorities.
