This time he is again set to surprise the audience with the biopic of the Prithvi Raj Chauhan. Once, the makers confirmed with Akshay Kumar, they were looking for the lady. As per the current reports, Manushi Chhillar is the producer’s first choice. She will make her big Bollywood debut opposite PadMan actor Akshay in this upcoming film. Well, as per the earlier reports she was supposed to debut with a Farah Khan film opposite Ranveer Singh. For the time being that movie is still in its initial stage.
If we are to believe source that comes from Pinkvilla, it says, “Manushi will be making her big Bollywood debut opposite none other than Akshay Kumar. She has been signed on for the Prithviraj Chauhan biopic that is expected to go on floors sometime towards the latter half of this year. Chandraprakash Dwivedi is directing the historical drama and YRF is producing it.” Moreover, the source further confirms, “She is doing a lot of acting and dance workshops. She has been reading about the time zone in which the period saga is set in. It’s an epic love story that will be one of the biggest highlights from the production house in the coming years.”
The movie is being produced by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films banner. Akshay Kumar will be playing Prithviraj Chauhan and Manushi will essay the role of Shanyukta. Well, the pairing of Akshay with young Manushi sounds exciting. This movie will be surely being an interesting watch.
