South Indian legend Mammootty’s upcoming magnum opus, Mamangam is all set to release its Hindi version on November 21, 2019. The Hindi-dubbed teaser for the film was already out making the global audiences fall for it. The film is well known for its rich culture and thrilling mythology that has been beautifully covered under its stunning cinematic views in the recent past.
The upcoming film Mamangam will be starring the legendary actor Mammootty, recreating one of the most featured story right from God’s own city, Kerala. The actor has been a true darling making a lot of space in the hearts of the Indian audiences since several years and once again he is all set to present the visual extravaganza to his fans. This will be the first Malayalam film that is going to be dubbed in Hindi along with its Tamil and Telugu versions, as well.
Mamangam will be showcasing Mammootty as a mysterious character, appearing in a never seen before avatar. The period film will be portraying a distinct tale and also showcasing Kalari, which is the oldest martial art in the world in a completely different form that has ever be depicted onscreen. Kavya Film Company presents Mammootty in Mamangam: History of the Brave is produced by Venu Kunnapilly and directed by M Padmakumar and will soon be finding its space on the silver screen on November 21, 2019.

Talking to a popular media platform, Mammootty had quite opened up on this film, quoting, and “Mamangam is a content-driven period drama. When the script came to me I was impressed with layers in my characterisation, something I have not done before. It is a beautiful script-oriented period drama, where I play this mysterious character, which sports various looks, and is multi-dimensional. The new generation should know about some of Kerala’s unsung heroes.”
The producer of the film, Venu Kunnappilly, also held a revealing conversation on another media platform mentioning, “Normally, people expect a lot of action in films of this sort. Mamangam is not just about the wars but also about a chaver’s journey, their preparations, separation from their families, and also the factors that dissuade them from their goal. If you look at the history of the chavers, they’ve always encountered setbacks.”
