Maja Ma Trailer: Madhuri Dixit perfectly plays a middle-class mother fighting with past terrors and social orthodox
Maja Ma Trailer has finally arrived! After its song was released a few days back, it created a stir among the audience, and they were eagerly waiting to know about the film’s plot. The makers also released a teaser last night, reminding the fans that the trailer will be out soon. Now that the trailer is out, you have your quick dose of entertainment.
In the film, actress Madhuri Dixit essays the character of a middle-class mother with two children. When the time comes, she has to face her past terrors and do good for her kids. Director Anand Tiwari helms the film, which is touted as a family entertainer.
Maja Ma Trailer: What it has to offer?
In the almost 3-minute trailer, you will get to see different emotions like joy, sadness, struggling with thoughts, etc. It opens with Rithwick Bhowmick’s character describing his family and how they all have some flaws, except for his perfect mother, Pallavi, played by Madhuri Dixit. They are like any other Gujarati family. Pallavi is seen teaching dance to girls and women.
Next, we see Ritwick’s character is in love with an NRI girl played by Barkha Singh. Her rich family approves of their relationship after a lot of drama.
But what comes as a surprise is the nasty rumour about Pallavi, that too on the engagement day. And the girl’s family breaks the relationship. Pallavi is compelled to face her past only to figure out that she is a lot more than a mom, wife, or sister.
You will see Gajraj Rao as Madhuri’s husband in the film. Other supporting casts like Srishti Shrivastava, Rajit Kapur, Simone Singh, and Ninad Kamat also add value to the storyline.
As soon as the trailer was launched, fans appreciated it, especially Madhuri Dixit for her amazing act. One user wrote, “It’s hard to express how amazing it feels to watch her on-screen and that too, in different strong roles like this one. “Mummy agar MD ho to always perfect,” another user commented. Fans praised her for her impeccable performance in this movie too. Another user said, “Another masterpiece by our legend ?” We are not surprised as Madhuri is a powerhouse of talent. Every film she does increases its value due to her superior performance.
