Maine Pyar Kiya Fame Actress Bhagyashree’s Husband Arrested for His Alleged part in Gambling Racket
It came as a total shock that a low profile Bollywood couple was suddenly in news. It Himalaya Dasani, who is an actor-turned-film producer and husband of Maine Pyar Kiya fame Bhagyashree, when arrested from his residence on Tuesday The reason is posed to be his involvement in a gambling racket in suburban Jogeshwari, reported police this Wednesday.
An official from Amboli police station opened that the Dasani was produced before a local court, which granted bail to him, he said. “Amboli Police had recently busted a gambling racket, in which Dasani’s involvement had come to light as his name cropped up during the interrogation of arrested accused,” the official added.
Dasani is an actor who could not make big in Bollywood. He debuted back in the year 1992 with movie “Payal” that crashed on box office. Later, he quit acting and now he is working as a producer and a businessman. Also, recently, their son Abhimanyu Dasani made his Bollywood debut with Vasan Bala’s Mard Ko Dard Nahi sizzlinga. In this movie, he plays a young lad who doesn’t feel the physical pain of any kind. It was an interesting movie and performed so-so at the box office. Mahesh Manjrekar, Gulshan Devaiah and Radhika Madan were also seen in important roles. It opened at the 20th Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival to rave reviews and applauded by the viewers.
We really hope the truth prevails. This is not the first time Bollywood is found guilty of being part of gambling racket. Previously, also Arbaaz Khan himself confessed of participation in gambling during IPL matches. The Actor Vindu Dara Singh was also found involved in a scandal in 2013.
