Main Hoon Rajinikanth is a Spoof, It has to be Offensive and Immoral: Faisal Saif
“I will always say my film is India’s first ever Spoof film. A stupid mindless comedy. My film might have offensive scenes of immoral nature just like any Scary Movie series or any Sacha Baron Cohen films, But that is how every Spoof film is made. We talk about competing with Hollywood, But at the same time we cannot handle our Fragile ego! What democracy are we waking up to? I have written the film script keeping our culture in mind and made sure about ‘Not’ hitting anyone below the belt. Even directors such as Karan Johar had freedom of expression and look at what is happening around!.” said Faisal Saif.
About the speculations of the film’s producer approaching Supreme Court, Said clarified “As i said earlier, We accept Madras HC Judgement in a good taste. I personally spoke to my Producer and they have assured me that they are not going to the Supreme Court but changing the Title of the film and releasing it soon in the month of March. I will also not advice them to proceed further on this as their money is on stake.”
