The B Town actor Mahesh Manjrekar is all set to play Shiv Sena leader Balasaheb Thackeray in the film called Mumbai Saga. Yes, you heard it right. In the recent buzz in the B Town, we hear that the veteran Bollywood and M Town actor Mahesh Manjrekar is in the gangster drama film called Mumbai Saga. The film has John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi in the pivotal roles. Now, we also hear that Jackie Shroff had quit the film due to some date issues as he is also involved in some other projects in the B Town leading to his exit from the movie.

Now, we hear that makers have roped in Mahesh Manjrekar in the film and he would be playing an important character in the gangster drama film set in the eighties. As per reports, he would be playing the role of the Shiv Sena Supremo Balasaheb Thackeray. As the film is made at the backdrop of the eighties and nineties age of Mumbai, it cannot be complete with important personalities like Balasaheb Thackeray.

Thus Mahesh Manjrekar would be playing this role and the story would unfold with it. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar and it is set in the eighties and nineties phase with John Abraham, Emraan Hashmi, Mahesh Manjrekar, Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, Gulshan Grover, Rohit Roy, and Amole Gupte in it.
