Madari Movie Trailer Review

It’s just been a while when we have witnessed the trailer release of the film Madari. The film has Irrfan Khan, Jimmy Sheirgill and Tushar Dalvi in the pivotal roles.  The film is inspired by a real life incident, which has occurred a couple of years ago at Metro Bridge located at Andheri – Kulra road in the suburban area of Marol in Mumbai, while it was seen under construction. The trailer released in the recent simply impressive in many ways. We have seen Irrfan Khan in different avatars not just in B Town films but also in Hollywood as well. It is Irrfan Khan who is seen outstanding in the trailer not just governing the entire system and challenging it but at the same time giving his best of the performance at silver screen this time.

In Madari, he plays a man who is accused of getting kidnapped the son of home minister just because he finds this man responsible for the mishap at the Andheri Kulra Road in Bombay. Jimmy holds the cap of a top cop who leaves no stone unturned to nab this man. Though he also seems good but lagging behind in many ways from Irrfan in terms of style and performance.  In the antagonist role, Irrfan Khan will be seen in a different avatar who has his own style of seeking justice for his dead son, he appears brilliant. Then you have a home minister played by Tushar Dalvi, who seems okay again with the character of a top and powerful minister of the state.

Irfan is incredible unlike what we saw recently in other films like Talvar, Piku & Jazbaa. His performance speaks in the form of an ailing father who decides to take the system at task when his pleas go unheard kidnapping the child of a powerful man. The trailer starts with a dialogue, which seems to be the essence of the entire film. Kamat who has directed the film has worked with Irrfan earlier, however, their careers have elevated in a different style. Irrfan Khan who’s popularity has rose to the global level, Kamat on the contrary has been failing too often despite coming up with films like Force, Drishyam and Lai Bhaari. However, with this film, let’s hope his career shapes up to much higher level. The film Madari is all set to hit the theatre on 10th June 2016. Considering the high voltage performance of Irrfan Khan, one can expect higher rating for sure.

Rating – 4.0
