Bollywood fans always enjoy seeing their favorite actor on the big screen. When they go away for even a year, the fans become restless and impatient to see them again. Several performers have taken time away from the big screen to prepare for their following picture or to await the next job.
Here is a list of Bollywood actors who returned to the big screen after a year or two away.
The actor’s most recent film appearance was in ‘Fanney Khan’ in 2018, but she will be back on the big screen on September 30 in Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus ‘Ponniyin Selvan l’.
Ayushmann Khurrana
After Ayushmann stared with Parineeti in Meri Pyaari Bindu. Before that  early two years, the multi-talented actor was absent from the big screen. He was  featured in the 2015 sleeper hit Dum Laga Ke Haisha as Prem Prakash Tiwari, a young lad from Haridwar.
Anushka SharmaÂ
Anushka Sharma is currently filming ‘Chakda “Xpress,’ a biopic of ace cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
Kangana Ranaut
In 2016, the three-time National Award winner did not have any films released. She was filming Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon as well as Hansal Mehta’s Simran. Her previous film before Rangoon, which was released in February 2017, was Katti Batti, which starred Imran Khan and was released in 2015.
Bhumi Pednekar
With Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Bhumi made her Bollywood debut. Her portrayal of an overweight girl earned her several honours. She appears as lovely as ever now that she has lost a lot of weight. She returned with Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Bhumi opposite Akshay Kumar two years after her first film.
