Its been 20 years for iconic movie Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ), which brought up Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in a new pedestal. Yesterday was the big day for both the stars and its director Aditya Chopra who did his official debut in direction in 1995. With lots of gala time around, the celebration reached to the microblogging site wherein a special page for DDLJ was created in colourful balloons that added an edge over the page.
This iconic movie has received applauds from the masses and have been getting the same from all across the world. People were seen tweeting about the same with different hastags including #DDLJMostPopularFilm and #DDLJBestMovieEver, which remained in the trend for long. The film completes 20 years of its production, while the filmmakers have released a special title documentary called Making of DDLJ, which is a one hour show having the stories behind the scenes in the form of interviews and other formats. The film had Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Anupam Kher, Amrish Puri, Farida Jalal and Mandira Bedi.
