Legal Action Will Be Taken…’: Triptii Dimri Shuns Jaipur Event, Angry Crowd Defaces Her Poster
Actress Triptii Dimri has recently found herself embroiled in controversy following her absence from a scheduled event hosted by Women Entrepreneurs at FICCI FLO in Jaipur on Monday evening. Her no-show has sparked calls for a boycott of both the actress and her upcoming film, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. Reports indicate that Dimri was expected to attend the event, which focused on Nari Shakti, at a hotel on JLN Marg. Organizers stated they received a call from her team assuring them she would arrive shortly; however, she ultimately failed to appear.
A female entrepreneur involved in organizing the event disclosed that the agreement for Dimri’s attendance was valued at Rs 5.5 lakh, although Business Today could not independently verify this claim. The backlash from attendees was intense, with demonstrators seen defacing her posters at the venue, demanding accountability for her absence. Additionally, promotional materials for Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video were removed in light of the escalating discontent surrounding her.Currently, Dimri is focused on promoting Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, a comedy co-starring Rajkummar Rao.
This is so bad, ya! Just because #TriptiiDimri is a celeb that doesnt give anyone the right to do such things for a meagre 5 L.
Not only her, many actors will be scared to attend ficci flo’s events #VickyVidyaKaWohWalaVideo
