KWK: Anil Kapoor’s response to what makes him feel younger leaves Varun Dhawan in splits
Filmmaker Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee with Karan Season 7 is making headlines with every passing episode. The upcoming episode will see Bollywood stars Anil Kapoor and Varun Dhawan gracing the couch with their wit.
The trailer begins with filmmaker-host Karan Johar asking Anil Kapoor to name three things that make him feel younger. Varun Dhawan and the host burst out laughing as the actor responds, “Sex, sex, sex.” The clip quickly returns to Anil, who cleverly adds, “This is all scripted.”In the trailer, Karan also asks Varun which of the two actresses, Katrina Kaif or Deepika Padukone, he would prefer to work with, to which Varun responds, “I always get told that I look like a kid, so may be…” before Karan interrupts him and asks, “Do you think they look older than you?” A stumped Varun immediately replies, “No, I look younger than them,” even as Karan asks him again, “That means they look older than you.” Finally, Varun simply says, “You are saying that,” leaving Anil speechless. The host then turns his gaze to Anil and inquires about his thoughts on marital infidelity. Anil says in an accent, “I’ve been very sincere, very honest.”
When Karan Johar questions Anil Kapoor about his sudden accent, Anil jokes that it’s because he’s talking about his wife. The most recent episode also included a sneak peek at the show’s rapid-fire segment, in which the host asks Varun Dhawan a series of questions, such as “Who is the one obsessed with selfies?” Gossipy? Choosing wrong script? Flirting with complete strangers? ” — but the actor only goes by Arjun Kapoor.
“Mera nephew hai yaar,”After Varun’s responses, Anil is seen telling him. The most recent promo also hinted at a dance-off between Anil and Varun. “Dance kar ke thakk gaya yaar (I am now tired of dancing),” an exhausted but happy Anil says as the trailer ends.
Varun Dhawan and Anil Kapoor were recently seen in Jugjugg Jeeyo. Directed by Raj Mehta the film also had Kiara Advani, Nitu Kapoor, Prajakata Koli and Manish Paul.
