The multi-starrer movie – Kill Dil finally hit the theatres today. As per the reports, the movie has a decent start over the box office at its first day. Though the morning shows seemed lower occupancy rates but at the days went ahead and the sun set down the evening shows garnered good response making a decent collection of around 8 crores. The occupancy at the morning shows were around 25 to 30 percent, which kept on increasing with the passing afternoon. The buzz via the word of mouth and other sources seems to be better for the movie.
Having released on the Children’s Day, this Friday was a semi holiday, with colleges and universities having half day, Kill Dil got the benefits to its afternoon and of course the evening shows as well. The urban places of India did had a good amount of audience over the multiplexes. Even the single screens too played its part giving a better occupancy report. The movie has been released in more than 2000 screen all around India and has witnessed a good response from the audience. The experts are expecting a good surge the coming weekend, with collection crossing 30 crores in the first weekend box office collection for Kill Dil. Let’s wait and watch!
