Kick after a flying star kept on escalating to new heights, reaching the 100 and then 200 crore club in no time. The moment it crossed the 200 crore mark, all eyes was on the figure of 227.60 crore, which happened to be the collection of Chennai Express released last Eid of 2013. The action movie, which really maintained a good slot over the box office has now seems to have beaten up the box office collection of Chennai Express reaching to the amount of 227.65 crores. With this the movie Kick has secured the third slot in terms of Highest Grosser of all time, which is after the movie Krish 3 and Aamir’s Dhoom 3.
 The collection of first two weeks of Kick was really incredible, which was only hampered with the release of Entertainment last week. Yet the ongoing third week of the movie was able to catch up the figure, which finally went ahead of Chennai Express. The next day with the release of Singham Returns would also going to hamper the collection of Kick and perhaps can even prove out to be another one or two week for the blockbuster movie. Well, it seems that Kick has crossed the magical figure and thus have embarked as one of the highest grosser of 2014.
