Kiara Advani shares a new poster of Shershaah celebrating the story of Dimple Cheema

Kiara Advani celebrated the tenacity, fortitude, and sacrifices of the heroes who stand strong as pillars of support behind the men and women in the army by unveiling her new poster of Shershaah as Dimple Cheema.

As Dimple Cheema, Captain Vikram Batra’s love interest and the greatest pillar of support, Kiara Advani looks beautiful and innocent in the role of the ordinary girl-next-door from Punjab.

Sharing the poster, Kiara said, “Celebrating the story of heroes we know & the kind of heroes that prove to be the strongest pillars of support to the ones who shine. Dimple is my kind of hero, here’s celebrating her resilience and her story too.

#ShershaahOnPrime releases on 12th August only on @primevideoin.”

Kiara Advani had previously expressed her gratitude for the Indian Army’s fortitude and valour, as well as the army’s families, for their support and prayers, as they are the true pillars of strength to those fighting in the war, at the trailer premiere of Shershaah in Kargil.

Kiara Advani described Shershaah as a life-changing experience, emphasizing the importance of the war’s unsung heroes, as untold stories.

Kiara Advani had a powerful portrayal as Dimple Cheema in the trailer for Shershaah, portraying a headstrong, independent, and modern woman who values her convictions over adhering to societal norms.

Shershaah follows Vikram Batra and Dimple Cheema as they unravel the events and emotions surrounding the Kargil war. Set in the 1990s, the film explores the innocence of love, showcasing for the first time the fresh and enthralling chemistry of Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra.
