With the sudden demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, the debate on nepotism is back on social media. All thanks to stars like Kangana and others who alleged that Sushant was killed as he was not given the due credit he deserved. However, there are stars in Bollywood who did well in B Town with their exceptional talents. Without any godfather or family connections, they were able to do well in the Tinsel Town, how about checking the Bollywood stars who were able to beat nepotism with their talents, have a look: 

Rajkummar Rao –

He is known for his fine acting skills and has always entered into the skin of the character to give the best of the performance on the silver screen. The FTII pass out got in fame with the film Shahid and later gave many good movies like Newton, Queen, Trapped and Bareilly Ki Barfi to name a few. 

John Abraham –

The next worthy name to be included in this list is of John Abraham who started his career as a model and then appeared in music videos like Surma and of Pankaj Udhas to name a few. He worked as media planner before entering in the glamorous field doing his debut in 2003 in Bollywood with film Jism. He is among the top action stars in Bollywood. 

Sidharth Malhotra –

The typical Delhite who gave up his engineering career to tread his path in modeling. He was soon spotted by Karan Johar to get his debut in Bollywood with film Student of the Year in 2012 and since then it was not looking back for the actor.

Boman Irani –

He took a late entry in Bollywood working at different places like working as a waiter in Taj, doing confectionary business and even working as a photographer. He got his debut in Bollywood in 45 without any Godfather and gave some of the best performances with films like Munna Bhai MBBS, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, 3 Idiots and many more. 

Nawazuddin Siddiqui –

He comes from a very small place in UP called Muzaffarnagar near Meerut. He headed to Mumbai to do odd jobs apart from joining National School of Drama and then headed to Mumbai. He struggled to get his entry into Bollywood in 1999 with the Aamir Khan film Safarosh. He did a couple of films like Black Friday, and many more memorable films in B Town.
