I have lost faith in Courts Claims Kangana Ranaut on Defamation Case filed by Javed Akhtar
The ongoing war between Kangana Ranaut and Javed Akhtar seems to be becoming murkier with the passing day. The actress has filed a petition to shift the case to her place as she claims that she has no faith in the magistrate in the local courts. As per Rizwan Siddiquee, her lawyer seemed to have lost the faith in the judge since he has come up with the orders that if the actress misses appearing in the court, a warrant would be issued against her. Also, the actress has filed a new case against the lyricist Akhtar and the magistrate is going to hear the same on the same day.
Kangana is currently facing a defamation case as filed by Javed Akhtar when he claimed that the actress had maligned his image by dragging his name in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case by giving sensational interviews as showcased in Republic TV – Arnab Goswami in July 2020. He questioned why she was getting bail for a non-cognizable offense. On the other side, Kangana has alleged that she has lost her faith against the court led by Magistrate RR Khan.
The case has been adjourned several times since Kangana Ranaut failed to be present in the court. Thus the court has finally given her the last chance for not appearing last on September 14 on the ground of being unwell and having some Covid kind of symptoms. However, the court has reiterated stating that if the court does not see the actress appearing in the court on the said hearing date, she will be issued a non-bailable warrant. This has made Kangnana claim that she is the best.
